Heiche Group to relocate to Hungary

Recycling

The German Heiche group decided to resettle one of its plants from Germany to Sátoraljaújhely, northeast Hungary, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported. The company's main profile is the surface conditioning of metal pieces, especially for the car industry. The Ft 5 million investment was launched at the local industrial park yesterday. The 4,500 sqm yard will employ 60 people but give work to twice as many through subcontractors. The most important reasons for picking this town were the closeness of Ukraine and Slovakia and that the German plant would have required significant improvement which is now replaced by the green-field investment.
