Head of Paks upgrade general contractor visits site

The head of Russiaʼs Atomstroyexport, Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company (ASE-NIAEP), the general contractor for the upgrade of Hungaryʼs Paks nuclear power plant, made an on-site visit yesterday, project company MVM Paks II told Hungarian news agency MTI.
Valerij Limarenko was met by government commissioner for the project Attila Aszódi. Representatives of ASE-NIAEP, MVM Paks II and the Prime Ministerʼs Office made a quarterly assessment of the project for the second time. ASE-NIAEP signed the contract on the upgrade last December and planning for the two new blocks started in January.
