Graboplast sees production starting at HUF 5.6 billion in early 2014
Hungarian flooring maker Graboplast could start production at a HUF 5.6 billion plant it plans to build in Tatabánya (NW Hungary) in the spring of 2014, chairman-CEO Peter Jancso told MTI. Graboplast has applied for a European Union grant to cover one-third of the cost of the investment but is still looking for ways to finance the rest, Jancso said. He added that the state could contribute to the investment and acquire a minority stake in the company. Construction of the 4,500sqm plant could start in the second half of 2013.
