Extra Leder Line building HUF 320 mln plant

Family-owned Hungarian furniture maker Extra Leder Line will move into a HUF 320 million plant it is building in January, managing director Imre Balázs said on Tuesday.
Extra Leder Line started building the plant in the Nagykanizsa industrial park in the spring, Balázs said. It won an HUF 80 million grant for the investment, he added. Until now, Extra Leder Line has rented it production facilities. The company employs 35 people at present but plans to raise headcount to 60 within 3-4 years. This year, the company expects revenue of about HUF 450 million. Exports generate about 85% of revenue.
