Test production will last several months and serial production is scheduled for next summer, plant director Fernando del Cerro said in an interview to the newspaper.

Bridgestone who inaugurated its Tatabánya plant in 2008, decided last year to triple its capacity. The Japanese producer invested HUF 72 bln and recruited an additional 500 staff, raising headcount to 900.
