Raba signs supply agreement with EAMCO
Hungarian automotive industry company Raba has signed an agreement with Egyptian truck and bus manufacturer EAMCO to supply bus axles, Raba announced on the Budapest Stock Exchange website.
Raba will initially supply complete axle sets for 145 buses to EAMCO in 2015. The deliveries have already begun and the first products have already been installed in the vehicles, city buses developed by EAMCO and used mainly in Cairo and Alexandria.
Raba and EAMCO have also signed a letter of intent to investigate how to convert the cooperation into a long-term strategic partnership on the Egyptian bus market, and the extension of the collaboration to other vehicle applications, the statement said.
