Malev shareholders meeting recessed as lease talks continue

A shareholders meeting of Hungarian national carrier Malev on Friday was recessed until 6pm because talks with the company that leases the airline its Boeing aircraft had not finished, Malev communications director Marta Rona told MTI.
A modification of Malev’s contract with leasing company IFLC as well as a capital raise were on the agenda of the general meeting which started on January 6 but was suspended.
