Lázár initiates anti-immigration campaign outside of Hungary
At his weekly press conference yesterday, Cabinet Chief János Lázár said that a government campaign will be launched to inform migrants that making the long journey to Hungary is not worth the effort as the government is taking the necessary precautions to ensure that the country’s borders are secure and laws regarding migrants “illegally” entering Hungary will be amended.
The government will decide on how to proceed regarding the campaign and what the budget will be for the initiative at the next cabinet meeting on Tuesday.
