ING Groep’s indirect voting rights in MOL pass 5% disclosure threshold

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL on Friday said it had been informed that ING Groepʼs indirect voting rights in the company had reached 5.006% on July 6, Hungarian news agency reported.
Shareholders whose voting rights in MOL pass the 5% threshold must disclose their holdings in the company.
MOLʼs biggest shareholder is the state of Hungary, with a 24.74% stake, according to data last updated on March 21, 2016. Czech energy company CEZ owns 7.35%, OmanOil (Budapest) Limited 7.00%, OTP Bank 5.84% and UniCredit Bank 5.15%.
