Govt resolutions aim to develop rental home market
Government resolutions published on Wednesday aim to develop Hungary's rental home market.
Rent support could be included among compensation on which employers pay a preferential payroll tax from next year under one resolution. The resolution mandates the National Economy Minister to draw up proposed legislation on the change by November 30.
Another resolution would allow companies to amortize the value of rental homes built for employees at an accelerated rate.
