A new English-language business series event kicked off in Budapest this morning. The CEO Breakfast Briefing is organized by the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in partnership with the Budapest Business Journal.

The kick-off event was held at the Antara Hotel New York Palace on May 24, 2022. It featured breakfast and networking opportunities around a moderated roundtable discussion on the economic outlook and the challenges facing businesses in Hungary today; the ground covered included inflation, war, workforce, sustainability, and more.

The discussion featured Károly Radnai, CEO of Andersen Consulting, Róbert Keszte, head of country for Continental Hungary, and Árpád Goszták, CEO of Siemens Energy. Questions were posed by BBJ editor-in-chief Robin Marshall.

Look out for a BBJ podcast produced from the roundtable discussion to be posted on budapestbusinessjournal.com soon.

SUPPORT THE BUDAPEST BUSINESS JOURNAL

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
