Green Energy

The total production of solar power plants in Hungary exceeded 1,836 megawatts (MW) on July 13, according to data from Mavir, the national transmission system operator, writes profitline.hu.

Large solar power plants covered nearly 37% of the total electricity consumption in Hungary.

In the current energy emergency, this is of particular importance, as alternative energy sources also contribute to ensuring the country's energy supply, the Ministry of Technology and Industry announced on its Facebook page.
