MVM to build 7MW solar plant in Pécs
The state-owned Hungarian Electricity Works (MVM) will build a 7MW solar plant in Pécs by mid-December, Péter Csizi, MP for the district, said yesterday, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
The HUF 3.5 bln project will be financed with funds from the European Union. The solar plant will be built on 20 hectares of land owned by the local council near the Pécs power plant.
