Greentechnic Hungary inaugurates HUF 8 bln solar park

Greentechnic Hungary inaugurated a HUF 8 billion solar park in Nógrád County on Wednesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The 20MW park will generate enough electricity to power 11,000 homes.
Greentechnic Hungary build the solar park for Heliosys Hungary, which has invested HUF 27 bln in solar parks in Hungary in the past two years.
Greetechnic managing director Ernő Kiss, who also heads the Hungarian Solar Panel Association, said the company had a turnover of HUF 2.5 bln in 2020.
He said Heliosys Hungary, which is owned by a group of Slovakian investors, plans to build 20 more solar parks in Hungary.
