E.ON develops solar energy storage system

The E.ON Hungária Group has developed a unique, innovative energy storage system at the European level in Zánka (145 km southwest of Budapest), writes origo.hu.
With the help of the mobile storage system, the electricity produced with renewable resources can be stored flexibly and used according to the given needs.
In addition, this solution makes connecting solar energy systems to the grid faster and cheaper. In the service area of the company, the total performance of the solar power plants connected to the grid has increased more than 17 times in the last four years, and further significant growth can be expected in the future, as environmentally friendly and economical solar energy systems are becoming more popular among industrial users and households.
