Hungaryʼs gas stores said to top last winterʼs household consumption
Hungaryʼs natural gas storage facilities held more than 3 billion cubic meters of gas at the end of September, the Hungarian Energy and Utilities Regulatory Office (MEKH) told Hungarian news agency MTI yesterday.
Hungarian households consumed about 2.15 billion cubic meters of gas last winter, MEKH added.
The storage facilities are required to hold at least 915 million cubic meters of gas, the office added.
