Budget deficit reaches 82.2% year target
In the first half of this year, the budget deficit reached HUF 813.7 bln, which is already 82.6% of the total deficit previously planned for the entire year of 2014, the National Economy Ministry announced.
The central budget had a deficit of HUF 965.9 bln for the first half of 2014, while the social security sector ran at a surplus of HUF 114.5 bln and the independent state funds had a HUF 37.7 bln budget surplus.
