New investment tender package for small farms
Development support of small farms will help farmers earn an income and gain an economic foothold; applications for such funding can once again be submitted from October 4 to October 18, Minister of Agriculture István Nagy has said, writes profitline.hu.
According to the announcement by the Ministry of Agriculture yesterday, an investment tender package to help develop the production and sales opportunities of small farmers was first announced back in October last year through the Rural Development Program.
.The initiative also included a call for support for small farms. So far, 3,400 applicants have received a support certificate, winning more than HUF 18.5 billion, Nagy added.
