Farmgate price growth reached 45% in May

Year-on-year farm gate price growth in Hungary leveled out at 45% in May after climbing close to 46% in the previous month, data released by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) shows.
Crop prices climbed 48%, as grain prices jumped 73% and industrial crop prices rose 63%.
Vegetable prices were up 13%, but fruit prices fell 20%.
The price of livestock and animal products increased 40%, while prices for live animals rose 39%.
