ÁKK sells HUF 70 bln of three-month bills, over plan

The Government Debt Management Agency (ÁKK) sold HUF 70.0 billion of discount three-month T-bills at auction on Tuesday, raising its original offer by HUF 20.0 bln on strong demand from primary dealers.

Bids for the securities came to HUF 91.8 bln, state news agency MTI reported.

The average yield was 0.05%, 5 basis points over the secondary market benchmark and 3 bps higher than the yield at the previous auction of the papers one week earlier.
