Fully Hungarian-owned roof tile maker Terrán has managed to win a MagyarBrands award for the fifth consecutive time in the "Excellent Business Brand" category, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

"We are very proud to be able to call this prestigious award our own this year as well," said CEO Attila Gódi. "We are constantly working on performing at the highest level as regards products, and the service of clients and partners, too."

As reported earlier, at the end of March, Terrán announced its 2019 plans, featuring the building of its fourth factory and the introduction of a new solar roof tile, Terrán Generon.

The net revenue of the company group currently operating in nine Central European countries with four factories was close to HUF 14 billion in 2018, of which almost HUF 8 bln was realized in Hungary.

The MagyarBrands program has entered its ninth year, handing out awards to brands with ties to Hungary in three categories: "Excellent Consumer Brand," "Excellent Business Brand," and "Innovative Brand."
