Small businesses offer career-starters just HUF 100,000-150,000 a month
Most small Hungarian businesses offer workers starting their careers with entry-level positions gross monthly pay of only HUF 100,000-150,000, a survey by guarantor Garantiqa Hitelgarancia shows, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
Based on the survey, about 60% of small businesses put pay for career-starters in that range, which is well under the HUF 264,000 average monthly wage for the country as a whole, MTI added.
Some 30% of small businesses reportedly said they offer career-starters more.
