Appeninn buys and leases Rózsadomb property
Real estate firm Appeninn has expanded its portfolio by purchasing a property in Rózsadomb, District 2 of Budapest, a press release states today. After the purchase, Appeninn signed a lease agreement for six years with Pénzügykutató Alapítvány (Financial Research Foundation) regarding the over 800 square meters of office space.
The company sees “exceptionally favorable” opportunities in the office due to its location, and hopes to see a return on the purchase price within seven years, after it immediately signed a six-year fixed-term lease agreement with Financial Research Foundation.
The transaction further supports the realization of Appeninn’s strategy, the company notes, which consists of expanding its portfolio via real estate with immediate usability and good potential. This enables the company to have an occupancy rate of the space it handles far above the market average, at over 95%, the company notes.
