Fém Arts & Café presents ’Constellations’

Music

Fém Arts & Café, located on Váci utca in Budapest, is presenting an English-language award-winning play called "Constellations" again on January 26.

"A boy-meets-girl romantic comedy which shades into something much sadder. Roland is an easy-going chap who makes his living as a bee-keeper. At a barbecue he meets Marianne, a warm, intelligent, and witty woman who works at Sussex University in the field of quantum cosmology. The piece uncovers the deeper meanings of life, love and loss," The Telegraph said in its review.

Nick Payneʼs play has also been staged on Broadway and London’s West End. The Budapest premier was on November 3, 2018, at Fém Arts & Café, according to femszinhaz.hu.

The Fém Arts & Caféʼs address is Váci utca 40, but the entrance is from Irányi utca. Ticket prices range from HUF 2,000 to HUF 4,000.

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.

We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
