Day of Arab Culture hosted by ELTE University

A Day of Arab Culture, hosted by Eötvös Loránd University’s Faculty of Humanities this Thursday, April 11, will include an exhibition on Arabic culture and literature, as well as a tasting of traditional food, the website of the university says.

The event will be held with the participation of 14 Arab embassies accredited in Hungary on April 11, starting at 10 a.m., the website of the university announced.

The event will feature two panel discussions on the contribution of Arabic culture to world civilization. Proceedings will be opened by Speaker of the National Assembly László Kövér. 

The event will be hosted in the ELTE Gólyavár building at 1088 Budapest, Múzeum körút 4.
