The Budapest Wine Festival is set to bring a huge selection of wines and musicians to Buda Castle this week. The festivalʼs four stages will host programs ranging from wine-tasting events to concerts by bands including Kiscsillag, Parno Graszt and Tárkány Művek.

This yearʼs Budapest Wine Festival will run from Thursday to Sunday in Buda Castle, with more than 140 exhibitors, including many of the countryʼs finest wineries and eateries, and even a wine quiz bar among other features.

Daily tickets are available from HUF 3,400, which includes one crystal tasting glass, free entry to the permanent exhibitions of the Budapest History Museum, and a wristband with unlimited exit and re-entry for one day for one person.

The 27th edition of the festival, sponsored by Spar, is set to utilize a cash-free payment system. Guests may use a Festipay card to pay for their purchases.

Further information, including the list of programs and exhibitors, as well as opening hours, can be found in English at the festivalʼs official site.
