PEMÜ undertakes HUF 189 mln capacity expansion

PEMÜ Műanyagipari expanded production capacity at its plant in Solymár through an investment of HUF 189 million, supported with a HUF 58 mln government grant, National Economy Minister Mihály Varga said today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI .

The investment is expected to create eight new jobs, Varga said. The company is investing in the purchase of injection moulding machines, PEMÜ CEO-president Elvira Molnár said. 

The government is helping PEMÜ as part of its support program for big manufacturing companies that are not eligible for EU funding, MTI reported.
