BTel shares suspended for violation of reporting rules
The National Bank of Hungary (MNB) was reported as having suspended trade in shares and corporate bonds of BTel as of today because of the company's failure to comply with reporting rules, the central bank and financial market regulator confirmed.
The suspension is expected to remain in place until BTel complies with reporting rules, but no later than the close of the market on November 10. MNB added that it also fined BTel HUF 5 mln for the violation and ordered the company to provide information within ten working days on the measures the company took to comply with the rules.
