Zrínyi Nyomda, the Hungarian subsidiary of Germany-based printing firm Euro-Druckservice (EDS), acquired its Hungarian peer Ipress Center Central Europe on Monday, according to a press statement. The price of the deal was not disclosed.

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) gave its green light to the acquisition, noting that while Zrínyi chiefly prints leaflets, Ipress deals with magazine printing.

EDS entered the Hungarian market in 2007, when it purchased Zrínyi, which had revenue of HUF 14.2 bln in 2015, Hungarian news agency MTI reported. Ipress Center had revenue of HUF 4.3 bln last year, public records show, according to MTI.
