Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air CEO József Váradi delivers a speech at the inauguration of the airline’s maintenance hangar at Budapest’s Liszt Ferenc International Airport on August 31.
The 2,000 sqm hangar was constructed through a HUF 1 billion investment, and will be leased by the airline for a period of 15 years, creating approximately 70 jobs. The structure is located between the hangars of Lufthansa Technik and Aeroplex of Central Europe. The project was carried out by construction company Market Építő Zrt.
