Wing tops out HUF 3.5 bln retail-service centre in Budapest

Hungarian property developer Wing on Wednesday topped out a HUF 3.5 billion service and retail centre it is building in Budapest's District XII.

Wing CEO Noah M Steinberg said Hypo Noe Gruppe was financing 70% of the cost of the project.

The centre will have 6,900 square meters including 1,600sqm of office space. It will have a 200-space underground car park.

The center will be completed in October. About 80% of the building's space has already been rented out.
