Wing to Develop evosoft Hungary Headquarters
Wing is developing a new 22,000 sqm Budapest headquarters for evosoft Hungary, 100% owned by Siemens, in order to consolidate its activities into one location. The site is located adjacent to the Ericsson research and design headquarters at the Nobel Prize Winners Research & Development Park, on the Buda side of the Rákóczi híd.

Wing has become a niche developer of built-to-suit high tech office headquarters in recent years while the south Buda area has become the high-tech hub of Budapest.
“The office building of evosoft will be developed by Wing and handed over to evosoft in the form of a long-term lease agreement as the second phase of the Hungarian Nobel-Prize Winners’ R&D Park,” says Noah Steinberg, chairman and CEO of WING, of the project.
“We are a trusted partner for leading multinational companies in Hungary seeking long-term property solutions, as evidenced by our completed and ongoing HQ developments and references. The new evosoft office continues this trend as a world class workplace which will be a new landmark on the Buda river bank,” Steinberg adds.
Support Co-working
The 20,400 sqm LEED “Gold” pre-certified building will provide 520 underground parking spaces. The complex, penned by Aspectus Architect, Wing’s in-house design studio, is planned to support co-working for the circa 1,500 staff at evosoft. The building, located in the vicinity of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Faculty of Informatics of Eötvös Loránd University will allow software developers to work in a conducive environment, according to evosoft.
JLL, tenant representatives for evosoft, provided a number of options and the project was chosen based on design and location.
“Industry 4.0 is now a reality based on software. We are keen on constructing the best working place for brilliant minds where they can be productive and creative at the same time, allowing us and Siemens to be a key player of the fourth industrial revolution,” commented István Petényi, CEO of evosoft Hungary.
Construction works has started already, and the new HQ is scheduled to be delivered in January 2021; at the time of writing, a general contractor was yet to be announced.
