Hungary’s Trans-Sped is planning to build a warehouse for AGC Glass Hungary through an investment of HUF 1 billion in the industrial park on the outskirts of Tatabánya, Hungarian news agency MTI reported late yesterday.

The 6,000 sqm warehouse is expected to cover the storage demands of AGC Glass, which is the local unit of Japanese windshield manufacturer Asahi Glass Company. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in one year’s time, by the end of 2016.

István Erős, managing director of Trans-Sped, and Zoltán Papp, managing director of AGC Glass, signed a 5+3-year-long HUF 2 bln warehousing and service contract, MTI reported.
