Zwack shareholders approve HUF 1.73 bln dividend

The shareholders of Zwack Unicum, a Hungarian spirits manufacturer, voted at a general meeting yesterday to approve the boardʼs proposal for a HUF 1.73 billion dividend on the 2015/2016 business year.

Zwack will pay HUF 850 dividend per share. 

Zwack had IFRS after-tax profit of HUF 1.69 bln in its business year ending on March 31. Net sales were HUF 12.46 bln.

For the current business year Zwack expects its revenue to grow by 3-4% and its after-tax profit to be approximately HUF 1.5 bln.
