Terran posts 20% revenue increase
Hungarian-owned building materials group Terran had revenue of HUF 5.8 bln in January-September 2015, up 20% from a year earlier, the group told Hungarian news agency MTI today.
Terran, which makes and sells concrete roof tiles, sold about 30 million roof tiles during the period; 25% more than a year earlier.
The group also expects its full-year revenue to increase 20% over the HUF 6.6 bln reported in 2014.
Terran employs 180 people and operates production plants in Bóly, southwestern Hungary, Kunszentmiklós, central Hungary and Vlcany, Slovakia, and sales units in Cluj, Romania, and Osijek and Subotica, Serbia. Exports to 12 European countries account for more than half of the companyʼs sales revenue.
