Shareholders approve Émász, Elmű dividend proposals

Shareholders approved proposals to pay a HUF 1,400-per-share dividend on Émász's 2011 profit and a HUF 1,700-per-share dividend on Elmű's profit at annual general meetings on Thursday.
Both companies are majority owned by Germany's RWE-EnBW.
Shareholders on the companies' books on April 26 are entitled to payment of dividend. Dividend will be paid starting May 7.
