Salgglas winds up HUF 1 bln expansion

Hungarian glass maker Salgglas launched a HUF 1 bln expansion in line with the plans, Budapest news agency MTI reported on Tuesday. The investment is expected to create 70 new jobs at the plant.
Salgglas CEO Gábor Kügler said 310 people work at the base in Salgótarján in north-eastern Hungary. Salgglas expects revenues of €22 mln this year, up from €20 mln in 2013. Next year, it sees turnover climbing to €31 mln. The company is owned by investors from Germany and New Zealand.
