Pfizer winds up Baxter acquisition
The Hungarian unit of U.S. drugmaker Pfizer closed the takeover of the vaccine portfolio of peer Baxter Hungary on January 1, the company announced yesterday.
The parent company announced on December 1 that it completed the acquisition of Baxter on. Pfizer's revenue in Hungary reached almost HUF 30 bln in 2013.
