Shares of Optisoft, a developer of software for the healthcare industry, will float on the Budapest Stock Exchange from December 6, the company told MTI on Monday.

The shares were to have been listed on December 1, but the date was changed because of an error in company court documents. The error was corrected within 48 hours of the time Optisoft reported it, the company said.

Optisoft had net income of HUF 80m on revenue of HUF 397m in 2010.
