Optisoft shares to float from Thursday

Shares of Optisoft, a developer of software for the healthcare industry, will float on the Budapest Stock Exchange from December 1, the company told MTI on Tuesday, after its listing request was approved by financial market regulator PSZAF.

Optisoft, which has net assets of about HUF 1bn, will issue 215,700 shares with nominal vaule of HUF 1,000 apiece.

Optisoft had net income of HUF 80m on revenue of HUF 397m in 2010.
