More Than 70% of Poles Over 60 Use the Internet
As many as 71% of people over 60 in Poland use the Internet, news agency PAP reports, citing research entitled "Mature Consumers in Poland" by the research institute ARC Rynek i Opinia.
The most frequently used social media among the respondents are Facebook (35%) and YouTube (24%), WhatsApp (33%), and Messenger (32%).
Although the most popular media among the respondents are television and radio, only every fifth of them uses streaming platforms, most often Netflix.
