MAN to supply new buses for Miskolc for HUF 9.2 bln

By the end of the year, 75 MAN buses will be put into operation to replace vehicles currently in use, mayor of Miskolc, in northeastern Hungary, Ákos Kriza, said today.
Miskolc will buy buses from MAN Kamion és Busz Kereskedelmi. The total project will cost HUF 9.2 bln and the city will receive a HUF 1.8 bln state grant for the initiative.
The 40 standard and 35 articulated buses will use environmentally friendly CNG combustion engines.
Earlier in June, MAN won a tender to supply buses to the city of Kaposvár, southwestern Hungary, in a HUF 3.55 bln bid.
