Magyar Telekom to get €17.5 mln dividend from Montenegrin unit
Magyar Telekom is entitled to about €17.5 million, or HUF 5.1 billion, in dividends from Crnogorski Telekom A.D. Podgorica, its 76.53%-owned Macedonian unit based in Montenegro, Magyar Telekom announced on Thursday. The shareholders of Crnogorski Telekom approved total dividend payments of €22.9 million on 2012 at their annual meeting on Thursday. Crnogorski Telekom, which recorded net income of €19.9 million, add €3.0 million from retained earnings to the dividend fund, MTelekom said. Magyar Telekom is an A-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
