Machinery company to expand unit with European Union funding
Machine manufacturing company Büttner Kft is to expand its unit in Nagyatád (SW Hungary) through investment of close to HUF 270 million, including European Union funding of HUF 96 million, the company told MTI.
Demand has increased for the products of the company, which exports a considerable part of its output.
A new 300sqm production building and a new 1,600sqm unit are scheduled to be completed by the end of this year, the company said in a statement.
As a result of the investment, Büttner will increase the number of its employees from the current 186 by 36 by the end of 2015.
