MABISZ: Insurers' premiums revenue climbs 4%

Revenue from premiums of Hungarian insurers saw a year-on-year rise of 4%, reaching HUF 640 bln in the first quarters, professional association MABISZ reported today. Revenue from premiums on life policies rose by 3% to HUF 335 bln. General insurance policy premiums revenue climbed by 4% to HUF 305 bln.

Mandatory vehicle insurance premiums revenue increased by 8% to HUF 71 bln. Comprehensive vehicle insurance premiums revenue edged up by 1% to HUF 48 bln.
