KSH: Hungaryʼs trade surplus reaches €935 mln in February

Hungary saw a €935.4 mln trade surplus in February, with exports rising by 7.4% to €7.290 bln and imports rising by 6.3% to €6.355 bln, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) said in a first reading of data today.
In January-February, the value of exports was €14.1 bln (HUF 4.414 trillion) and the value of imports was €12.5 bln (HUF 3.901 trillion), while exports and imports were up by 5.6% and 3.5% respectively. In euro terms the surplus on the trade balance was €330 mln higher than what was measured a year earlier.
