Jófogás to take over users of peer OLX in a few months

Norway's Schibsted Media Group, owner of free classifieds website Jófogás, and South African media company Naspers, owner of peer OLX, have agreed that Jófogás will take over the users of OLX, with Schibsted transferring its own Romanian and Portuguese holdings to Naspers in exchange, once the latter ceases to exist, Schibsted Media Group told Hungarian news agency MTI.

Schibsted Classified Media Hungary Kft. had revenue of HUF 63 mln in 2013, while Naspers holding Allegro Group Kft., which includes OLX as well as other operations, had revenue of HUF 1.8 bln in the business year ending on Mach 31, 2014, MTI said.
