HUF 48.6bn rail line renovation completed in W Hungary

A rail line in western Hungary renovated at a cost of HUF 48.6bn was completed on Friday.
The rail line is operated by GYSEV, a regional railway owned by the states of Hungary and Austria.
A European Union grant covered HUF 41.3bn of the cost of the project.
The investment raised the speed trains may travel along the line, between Szombathely and Szentgotthárd, from 60km/h to 120km/h.
