Hotel Füred undergoes HUF 3.8 bln renovation

The Hotel Füred in Balatonfüred, on the shores of Hungary's largest lake, launched a HUF 3.8 bln renovation on Tuesday, Budapest news agency MTI reported.

European Union and government grant money will cover HUF 1.6 bln of the costs, said project manager Zoltán Kovács. The hotel development will have 184 rooms, a 3,000 sqm spa and a 625-seat conference area, once the project is completed next summer, he added.
