The company said the investment, which created eight jobs, was supported with a HUF 764 million European Union and state grant.

Gloster installed technology that allows it to preserve fruit and vegetables in jars without artificial additives. It also expanded its production hall.

Gloster turns out almost 20 million jars of fruit and vegetables annually. It had revenues of HUF 2.6 bln last year, public records show, according to MTI.
